why does everyone say that you shouldnt diet your body wont lose weight but will store fat but if you eat less calories youe ARE bound to lose weight and i know of people eating less calories and losing weight and it doesnt mess up their metabolism and i know an annorexic who lost alot on300calories /day n when she ate healthy only gained 4 pounds back
please explain

I have been dating my guy for 7 months and at first he was great, he always complimented me & told me just how much he loves and cares for me, but here lately he has been spending more of time with his guy friends, (almost everynight) kinda putting me on the "back burner", it seems like he's not putting any effort into our relationship. He only calls in when he's bored, it's like I am a way to waste time. I don't know what to do, I don't want to tell him to stop spending time with his friends, but I miss the connection we had when we first started dating. I want to be with him but I can't help feeling like I'm wasting my time. I want to talk to him but I don't know what to say.

I need to create an email address that has a different format and domain than what our office would normally use. Here is the current format "first.last@blah.com" ... but here is what I want to change this to "firstlast@blahblah.com" for a single user. One of the IT people is telling me this is impossible. I really think that changing a single user's username and domain is not impossible? Please help as I am trying to respect the IT dept and my bosses odd request. HELP!

i'm sure i've seen every episode of CHARMED and i love it! do you like the show too? ever wish you could have those powers? i was bummed out big time when they cancelled it. i know they can only create so many different episodes but it was the way the cast worked with each other that gave it that great success. here's to the reruns on TNT!

ok i worded that bad
what i mean is, when they say 'nobody will ever know ur on ur period' but why is the wrapper u get with sanitary towels soo noisy? that ripping noise u get. of course ppl are gonna know ur on ur period!! anyway moving on
does any1 know any 'silent' sanitary packs??

I have a 99 Ford windstar.When i bought it, it had previously been dinged up in a multi-car munch. Anyway, all the electrical stuff worked great, but now when i press the door locks, only 3 out of the 5 doors will actually lock. And sometimes they get stuck locked until i pry them up. Please give me some suggestions on how to get them back in sync.
