If you are just a guest, then you can wear traditional wedding attire for any Christian ceremony. In other words, demure and conservative, not sexy and wild. If you would wear the outfit to a club, then it's a bad choice for a wedding. If you would wear it to a nice dinner with your grandparents, then you are in a good choice.
They are most likely Catholic, so make sure that your shoulders are covered if it's to be held at a Church.
