Don't worry. This is normal. My baby is 2 mos. & is breastfed. She actually transistioned to having one bowel movement a day. It is still mustard seedy & yellow. Some people say they're baby didn't have a b.m. for a couple of days. As long as your baby doesn't seem to be in discomfort you should be fine.

It is totally normal. Their bodies and organs are still developing. Breastfed babies usually will have more bowel movements than formula-fed babies, so if you've just switched that is probably the reason for the change. As long as they are still quite soft you're ok. Your baby will eventually develop a more normal routine, but it could take quite awhile. In the meantime it could be anywhere from several times per day to every 2 or 3 days.

Yes, especially if you are giving formula. Babies on formula don't poop as often and actually can be constipated more often (because of the iron in the formula). I think you need to be more concerned about the consistency of it. If it is hard little turds, that is NOT normal for a newborn. Coffee grind looking poop could mean he is dehydrated, etc. Try babycenter.com for more info

Perfectly fine. Around that time my daughter started only having them once every 2 or 3 days. What a mess that was when it finally came!

Yes, if you are giving them formula iron constipates you. Drink plenty of water and it will help. Also if they are loose there may be acid on their stool. A good thick coat of Vaseline every time you change the baby will help against rashes.
