i am 15 years old and i weigh 9 and a half stone however i feel that i should gain about half a stone more to be average weight as i am 6 foot.
any suggestions????

ok due to some misunderstanding i weigh 59 kgs or for the ones who use pounds 130 lbs

You may just be naturally thin. If you eat a healthy amount of food and you can't put on weight then don't worry about it...you have a fast metabolism! Be happy.
but if you really want to put on weight eat peanut butter...lost of calories and protein

Well if u find urself 2 skinny for your age and height then gain some weight!! i have the same prob as im 14 and weigh 7 and a half stone i fell skinny 2 but i dont gain wait because i cant!! i eat junk food 24/7 and have clear skin and im tall enough 2. so if ur happy enjoy it and be happy ur not overweight and trying to lose it!!!!

the yanks dont understand stone lol i'm in my 20's 6ft been trying 2 put on weight 4 years i smoke which doesnt help i'm 10 n half stone . try 2 pints of full fat milk everyday 4 a month along with 3 meals a day

go to boots they have this stuff thats like slim fast but its called weight gain. its a milk shake and you drink 3 a day. my friend has been having it and she has put on half a stone already. its about £5 per tin but she is stillon her first 1. im getting some to try it but she says it works xxxxx

Exercise and eat lots of protien rich foods to try and gain some muscle mass if you feel you want to. You will probably bulk up naturally as you get older anyway though.

look on a body mass index chart. You'll find one online somewhere. It will give you height/weight
