I'm having a little trouble with my blood pressure, it's a little high which is unsual. I asked the doctor friday to check to see if I had diabetes, after the appointment. I went to go pick up medication for something else, and while i was waiting. I went to play on those blood pressure machines in the store, and it said dyostolic was 128 on the yellow bar saying prehypertension. Then today monday morning I call on my answering machine from my doctor saying, it was a little high. I am 23 is this the wrong ago to have diabetes?

Granted I was once nice looking- men used to walk into walls staring-- it was great, but now I am 30, heavy, and working a tough job. I lost 40 + pounds recently and men and women have started paying attention to me (for different reasons). Problem is, while I am getting interested looks from men, and asked out often, I haven't been asked by a man that feels right-that is my age and seems whole, like a potential boyfriend. I am startin to feel old and washed up. I am wondering if I can ever have real love again. Not a one night stand or vacation for a weak married man- but something real. Do you men think its possible for a 30+ woman-- or am I at the end of the road?

Ok.. I am wanting to do a clarriying 'ritual' for myself. I bought 3 white candles for the job. i was thinking about carving into the candles rune symbols, and using somekind of oil on the candles as well.. maybe patchouli? Would this work? Is Patchouli good for using as a purifying type oil? I know its really grounding... but would it work for this purpose? I am wanting to cleanse my aura.. and just get in tuned with my inner self more. Any ideas??

Amish people have been my babysitter and the growers of my food. They have an awesome work ethic and are the best "Christians" they can be. They dress plain and have a live and let live attitude about all of us heathens....

I have been going to doctor's for years about very severe pain I have and for years they have been treating me like I'm crazy. Recently someone suggested that I might have fibromyalgia. I looked up all the information I could find on it and am convinced that this is what is wrong with me. I went to a doctor and told her my opinion and she said oh, no...it's syatica (this is like the 10th DIFF diagnosis I have received from different doctors for the same pain). It is NOT syatica. I am at the end of my rope and don't know what to do to get the doctor's to listen to me but I'm sick of being treated as crazy and being dismissed...Any suggestions?

Hey, i am currently 19 years old and I am going to a community college for my 2nd year. I feel that I had a sucky teenage year when growing up, I have never had a girlfriend, which has been really starting to upset me. I am a average guy like anyone else I just have problems Fitting in or something. I moved around alot during my highschool years and made friends, but i could never keep them. Now i am back in my hometown and it is totally boring there is nothing to do and for the past year I just feel like im rotting my life away. There is a girl I like in this town and i have strong feelings for her, i even ask her out on a date, but she was seeing someone else and I gave her flowers one day, which made her day :D But it sucks...b/c i dont think I will ever have a relationship with her while she is with her boyfriend. I know i need to forget about it for now but its hard b/c i work with her also. I dunno some day I try to gain confidence and i do but it only last so long....

I have seen a counsler before and i am currently seeing another counsler and a psychiartrist. I am on anti depression pills, but they don't seem to help. I find i cant trust them and i hide who i am. In fact i hide it so well that i don't even know who i am. I read all the time, all kinds. I have been having this terrible dream about death and killing day and night. I was harassed for 10 years and find trusting people difficult. I want to open up but i find i can't. How can i get over this fear and is there something deeper here then just depression?

hey someone just asked me out on saturday and i said yes but the one thing is is that this is the first guy that i have officially gone out with. so i am kinda scared, cuz i don't know what is gonna happen and things. it is also kinda awkward because we were friends and not only that but i am not really used to having a boy friend he wasn't at school today but i am still scared. so could u tell me about the first person that u went out with and how it turned out and how u felt when u were going out with that person? do u have any advise?
