Hey, i am currently 19 years old and I am going to a community college for my 2nd year. I feel that I had a sucky teenage year when growing up, I have never had a girlfriend, which has been really starting to upset me. I am a average guy like anyone else I just have problems Fitting in or something. I moved around alot during my highschool years and made friends, but i could never keep them. Now i am back in my hometown and it is totally boring there is nothing to do and for the past year I just feel like im rotting my life away. There is a girl I like in this town and i have strong feelings for her, i even ask her out on a date, but she was seeing someone else and I gave her flowers one day, which made her day :D But it sucks...b/c i dont think I will ever have a relationship with her while she is with her boyfriend. I know i need to forget about it for now but its hard b/c i work with her also. I dunno some day I try to gain confidence and i do but it only last so long....

What is more important right now is that you study regularly for 10 hours. Then take care of your health. Take morning and evening walk. Do some slow inhaling and exhaling as a part of exercise. This should be done for 5 minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening. When you inhale do it to the full and hold the breath for at least 30 seconds and then exhale slowly spending 30 seconds. This exercise Will restore confidence. You can do it more than twice a day.Watch sunrise.Take things easy. Girls will come along in due course. Don't run after them.

this is my opinion of your issue.. not a problem that is not permanent. first you need to know that confidence comes from being able to make good choices and stick to them. what I mean by that is you should set a few goals, in your reach of course and try to stick to them and make choices you feel positively effect you. once you reach these goals set new ones. as you accomplish more goals you will gain confidence that will not only help you to succeed, but also will show people a more happy, confident you. you can set many goals, decide to set out to make more money at your job, or perhaps to excel in one of your courses of study. you could even put the new confident you in the company of some "new " girls, instead of chasing one currently seeing someone. just remember, self preservation takes time.

Hey! Stop pouting! Get off your computer and go find a girl! She is not going to date you unless her boyfriend is not her BOYFRIEND, or she is a cheater, but you don't want a cheater. There are sooooooo many other girls out there, one's without B/F's. If he finds out you are giving her flowers, he's gonna kick ur butt. If you are meant to be together, it will happen. It just takes time. But if you really want her, why don't you go through rock's at her window, give her flowers, tell you you like her, whisp her off her feet and run happily ever after under the sunset.
