Im on the small to medium bust size but have recently started going to the gym to tone up. Does excercising reduce the size of your bust? I dont want to ask my trainer as i feel shy. Are there any natural ways to improve my bust size??? (Dont beleive im actually asking such a question???)

there is no excercise that tones your breasts. You could lose breast size from excercise however, because breasts are mede of fat, ligaments, ducts etc.
This is why sprots bras are so important. They keep your breasts from bouncing when excercising. Over time, if the breast wasnt supported, movements from jogging or aerobics would stretch the ligaments from the weight bouncing and pulling.

HERE'S THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO FOR BREASTS FROM EXCERCISE.......

You can tone up the mucsle the ligaments of the breasts are attached to. Push ups are the number one excercise for an overall toned upper body move. Also chest excersices using dumbells. Stay away from machines where the weights are on a cable. One arm may be stonger than the other and do a little more work. This causes your mucsles to become unbalanced. Free weights are best.

If your trainer is just walking you around using machines, tell him you want to workout using free weights.

I had GG bust and done everything possible to loose more weight to reduce the size but hey ho nothing worked! So after going to the gym 3-4 times a week, going to a dietian i lost loads of weight but not from my chest!! So ended up having surgery and believe me its not as bad as you think! I breezed through it and was back at work within 5 weeks! I would do it all again if i had to! Im alot happier now with C cups! So make yourself happy!

Well I would assume that exercising can reduce your bust size some because breasts contain alot of fat cells. However, I wouldn't think that you would lose much, especially if you don't have tons of weight to lose. Just let your trainer know that you don't want to focus on your chest as much as the rest of your body. Also, don't be shy about asking your trainer anything. From my experience, they are normally extremely professional. It would be like being afraid to ask a doctor a medical question. Good luck with the training.

Yes and no....

If you loose body fat, some of the fat lost might be on your breasts...

But- as you work your chest and upper body, the muscles under your breast will enlarge and 'hold them up' nicer, and give the illusion of better size.

Also, as you get more defined from working out, you look 'hotter' no matter what your bust size is- and you can wear clothes to show it...

Either way, working out & training will help you look and feel great

Do you want to improve or reduce?
If you are losing weight, you are supposedly going to lose weight from your breasts first, resulting in a size reduction.
And as for making them bigger, there are tons of different pills out there, I haven't needed to try out there, but I'm not sure they are the safest.

When you can stay clear of 500 calories from fat a day you'll be able to lose some sort of single lb per week.

What a shame (from a guy's point of view) that women are even concerned with this. Good golly, are the people who would care about such a thing even people you would care about?!

Bake a healthy breakfast ahead of time to ensure you don't grab a sugary scone busy.

Baggy clothes hide your system and encourage lounging around. So even if you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to keep you on track.

If you lose a lot of weight yes, but you'll still look better.
