What has Bush done about the 400,000 dead there?
In Iraq over 300,000 civilians are dead, they are in fact liberated. Iraq is in civil war now. In Afghanastan the opium crop is up 60 percent and the Taliban has gained back most of what they lost.
BTW, Did you hear Bush say he did not understand "outrages on human dignaty". "what does that mean, it's vauge."

Let's face it, the East runs the show here in the USA. Always has,
always will. I'm talking the eastern seaboard, incl. all points between DC and BOSTON.
Where can you even begin to describe the center of power that
is the eastern seaboard? For starters, the financial capital of the
world, New York. Over 50% of fortune 500 companies are headquartered there. Over and above that, it is also the cultural
center of the world, hands down(sorry LA and CHICAGO).
Then we have Boston. Here we have the greatest intellectual
center of the world, centered on world class universities and think tanks. Then Washington DC, political capital of the world, that is so integral to world affairs that it's essentially beyond description,
along with being tone of the greatest centers of museums in the world, The Smithsonian alone trumps any cultural institution any other city in the USA has to offer........
and finally, Eastern capital seeded the rest of the USA, and still does.....the East rules..

I am wondering why black performance on SAT, LSAT, MCAT, GRE, GMAT, and any other similar standardized test is so low compared to other races. I mean, for example, the black SAT average is several HUNDRED points below the white or Asian average. Plus they say that IQ scores of blacks are average 85 in America, while white and Asian average is around 100.

So what's up with this? I have read several possibilities.
(1) Racism against blacks accounts for the entirety of the black underperformance.
(2) The culture of blacks encourages crime, laziness, victimization and anti-education.
(3) Blacks are genetically dumber.
(4) All such tests are culturally biased so that they favor non-blacks (whites and Asians specifically).

So I'm wondering, which of the above factors are relevant? Thanks.

Have a laugh people, do you think Jesus went about sour-faced all his life?
For all we know he may have been a stand-up comedian.
God has a sense of humour, have you ever been to England?!

I have been talking to Jessica for 3 weeks already. I think she is really attractive. The day before yesterday, I have been caught staring at her then I looked away (I was like 20 feet away from her). I know I probably made her feel uncomfortable. This week, she was rather avoiding me like when I went into the class, she still had her head up (yesterday's incident). Then when I took my seat, then she put her head down. and now today, she sat somewhere else today since someone took her seat. Is it right for me to sit next to her today? How do I start making her feel comfortable talking with me again? I really want a friendship with her. Should I just tell her a coverup on why I was staring at you like "Did you ever got the string that was on your sweater?" but then again, how do I explain her looking back at me and I look away? Hmm. Or should I just tell her the truth like "I find you very attractive. I want to be friends with you and nothing more."

At the start of John's Gospel they ask John the Baptist if he is Elijah, he says NO.
They ask him, are you the Christ, he says NO.
So they ask him, are you the Prophet, he says NO. (in the Bible there is a footnote that states this is the Prophet in Deu 18:18)

they say, you are not Elijah, nor the Christ, nor the Prophet.

Elijah= Elijah
Christ= Jesus
Prophet= ??????????

They are still waiting for this Prophet at this time. John the Baptist does not correct them, so this shows they are right to be waiting.

I put it to you that that prophet is Muhammad, and that God's words are the qur'an...what say you?

Remember God promised in the Old testament he would raise a great nation from Ishmael (ie. the arabs)

Muslims worship the god of the Arabs a stone, it's in the koran, there were idols in the temple called the kabba yet Mohammed set up his own personal Idol a large black stone, and they pray to it 5 times a day, they bow to it and when they are close they walk around it and kiss it. i have pics http://www.freewebs.com/king_of_crusade Muslims do not worship the same god i do beacuse their god is a Idol, My God hates Idols

I've always wanted to do this!!! I'll start the story and whoever answers next will write ONLY ONE paragraph and we'll see how the story turns out! And whoever writes the most interesting one, I'll pick.

I gazed around at the view before me, shaded by the outside world, in the grove I felt safe. The corners of my vision blurred as I was exposed to patches of the burning ball of fire. Thin lines, almost invisible to my occupied mind, flew past in waves flowing in the wind, it took me a while to realized my hair had also gone to the rythmic symphany of this peaceful forest.
