usually I will add a marinade to it like how you would use for a steak. Or if I don't have any marinade I will use salt, pepper, and seasoning salt.

I have never liked the way my hamburgers turn out, always seem kind of dry and blah. On the other hand, I love my meatloaf recipe, so I decided to experiment and make "meatloaf burgers". lol So to the hamburger I added oatmeal, an egg, and milk. Oh, and onion salt. (The last time I used bread crumbs instead of the oatmeal.) Just throw it all together in a bowl and mix it up, make it into patties, and fry. It may seem kind of weird, but I think the burgers do taste better than any I made with just plain hamburger.

I just add some finely chopped onion and some "jamaican jerk" seasoning or salt and pepper or whatever your fave seasoning is. I just squeeze them into burger shapes and fry them or grill them like any other. A health grill cooks them nicely.Keep them as "pure" as you can.
