ok, my boss tells me to do things all the time, he is one of those guys that has a lot going on but just blurts things out like hey steph you need to this and this and this and this.......and i have to ask him what did you say again and that sends him throw the ruff. i am not trying to piss him off but man i am always in the middel of something and that never matters and that pisses me off he said he told his wife i perpare to tell steph $hit twice and that burned my @ss.mind you i work with all men i am the only chick...well anywhoo do i need hearing ads or what or his he just being a @ss?

Why are many Christians Mean Spirited and Condemning?

The majority of Christians I have met have allways been very condemning all to the point of mean spirted. Any time I have ever gone to church I"ve allways noticed they allways try to make you feel like your not good enough, or you just missing him by a thread. The Christian religion seems to have a very condemning spirit about it, and thats not what God is about. He is about love, and I never feel that when I go to church, or when I talk to other Christians. Allmost to the point of instead teaching people to love and do right, they put themselves on a pedastool and just condemn people left and right. Who's better then the next, kind of thing. And just because the pastor or priest interprets something a certain way doesn't make it right. You should be able to reason with them, JUST like the bible says. Many don't like that though, and I find that very odd. This is quite allright though, my personal relationship with God will do just fine.

How do I tell my best friend I love him?

I've been best friends with this guy since second grade. From about 5th grade to 11th. We went out for a while in 11th grade but I was his first girlfriend and he was so nervous about messing it up that he messed it up (in hind sight I should have been more understanding). By senior year I decided to tell him I still liked him. He told me to move on. So I did, I started dating other guys, a year later (when I was in a serious relationship with another boy) he told me he still liked me, at the time I was un willing (and way to confused) to break up with the boy I was with. Since then I have broken up gith guy number 2, and guy number 1 has expressed intrest in another girl, but I still love him. What do I do?

(I know this is a very long and cofussing story (sorry) but thats why I need some advice)

Question for females? Who likes guy friends better than girl friends?

and it doesn't have to mean for your best friend that you share everything with.. just overall friends to hang out with.. i myself prefer guys.. they are much more simple.. girls are to jealous and always wanting to out do the other or to much drama..guys you just sit around and chill.

What would be a good strategy in solving this problem?

So there's this guy.....guys opinions and girls?

Okay so Im a sophomore in highschool and I cannot help but notice this guy. I only know his name, and nothing else about him. I just see him pass me a lot during passing period. I would like to get to know him. What the hell can I do on my part? If i were speak to him, what the hell should I say? Whats the Name of a 80s movie that had small spaceships/robots that helped a family save their restaurant?

I thank the movie started out with a small flying spaceship shaped robot that crashed into a mans window. I think it latered died and had 2 smaller baby spaceships that flew around and fixed things in the restaurant. the restaurant was located in a urban setting that was about to be bulldozed down so a high rise could be built. sometime in the move the restaurant was burnt down by vandals and the ships were able to rebuild it overnight. Someone has to know what I'm taking about. I thank it came out in the late 80s. I've seen it on cable tv. Please help

Rubber Band method?

I thinking of trying a rubber band method. I have anger isses and i getting help but just not fast enough i gonna get anger classes this month but i don;t know when? I got in a fight last we cause of my temper and i think i could've walked away. but i did'nt and i got suspended. so do you guys think this rubber band on my wrist will work till i get help or should i just take pills? if pills what kind?
