well i am part middle eastern and so is half of my family, and the dark around the eyes heavy lipilner thing is totally false. try a really natural look where only you're eyes are striking. Chanel has a great liquid liner and line just above you're eyelines out to the end of your eye, getting lighter on the pressure. (practice makes perfect) then line the bottom of you're lids with soft eyeliner (almay is good). i usually don't use eyeshadows, a clean eyelid. Then try a matte looking lipstick and a little bit of blush. Make sure you're foundation is also very natural and not caked on...

Hi - middle eastern is obviously very black around the eyes and also heavy lip liner. You need a really soft eye liner, or cream and start from the outside of the eye and work in (cream is great -easy to use too). Just keep layering and blending to achieve the effect. For the real wow factor put black eyeliner under your eyelid and along the bottom too. Looks awesome!

get a soft black eye pencil, and apply under your eye, right on the root of your eyelashes. looks really good if you use liquid eyeliner too.
