I am worried. When a friend connected up his new TFT it 'blew' his graphics card and he is having to get a new graphics card for his pc. What precautions should I take when I connect my new TFT? I do not have the funds to buy a new card. :-((

I have realized in my 20's that that everything we make plans to do when we are young almost tie us to the past. To move on I have had to change some dreams, make some compromises, and leave some things behind. I have not been worrying about how this will make me feel if my life ends before I am ready. What if all the worries I had about making it when I turn 60 and wondering what if regreat giving up on this or that?

I just wanted to ask a question and see if there is more like a statement than an answer to (when is it ok to just be happy in the moment and forget that tomorrow is a mystery we can't solve? When is it O.K. to accept that yesterday happened for a reason beyond your control?) This question should span across generation gap because we all have days we wish didn't happen and dreams of perfection that we wait-sometimes work-for on our own?

i have to go grocery shopping tomorrow, but i have no idea what to get. i will be shopping for a 2 year old and myself. i don't eat as much as i used to anymore, so i would like some ideas for light and healthy meals. we have been doing the typical mac n cheese, hot dogs, ramen noodles..you know, kid friendly meals(plus the hubby is deployed, so i haven't cooked much lately). what would be an alternative to this? i want to get some classic green veggie salad ingredients for me, plus i have been drinking a lot of all fruit smoothies...but what about my son? he can't eat salad very well.
any ideas for a happy medium dish for the both of us? just food ideas(besides my regular milk, eggs, cereal, etc.)..i have the rest of my list set. thanks! :-)

We're considering of jumping into the KPO Space. We have an offer from a company to get into digital document conversion. The client would be providing scanned jpeg images in large volumes and we'd have to convert these jpeg images into editable word documents.

He comes home at all hours of the night and early morning. He sleeps with his cell phone that rings any time of day or night, that he must answer. And kicks and snores what little time he sleeps. She decided that with all these kids and responsibilities of taking care of the home, the only way to get a good nights sleep is to sleep in another room. Is it because they are neglected ? Take a look at my Granny Juve : She spends all of her time on the forum. Not only that...she even spies on others ( that is ridiculous)! I feel sorry for her. My wife and I were staying in a hotel, when I noticed that she was gone. At 2 am I went looking for her at the lounge. The lounge was closed, but our car was outside. I looked all around the hotel and could not find her. I went back to our room and waited a while and the went looking again. Now it is around 3:30 am. I go back to our car and another car pulls up at the stop sign accross the road. She gets out and the car drives in front of me, so I know it's a guy. Immediately she tells me a crazy story that I find out is a lie. Then she changes her story when I find she was lying. Even her new story doesn't add up. I have bank statements that show when she cashed out of the bar. It is about an hour earlier than when she left. She said she walked around the hotel for an hour drinking beer and then walked to gas station to get cigs. There a guy asked her if she needed a ride and she accepted. She said she lied b/c she was scared. Did she cheat?

Hi, I am planning to buy a identity theft protection program from Life Lock. Their price is $10 per month. Well I'm not sure if the price is right what I really like is the protection I get. I've heard really good feedback from them. Not to mention they are guarantee up to a million, if ever my identity got stolen. Heh nice isn't it?

Now my question is before I join? Is it really time to panic and everyone should buy identity theft program or I am just crazy or something?

Also I need to know if there is other programs out there that I should consider?
