He comes home at all hours of the night and early morning. He sleeps with his cell phone that rings any time of day or night, that he must answer. And kicks and snores what little time he sleeps. It sounds as if u r giving him the excuse that he's been looking for!! I think that he's so caught up in his own thing that this is his only way out of the relationship without looking bad himself....especially if counseling is not an option!!!

It depends upon the state in which he and she live. In 49 states, he doesn't need a "right" - there's no fault divorce. In New York, the case stated does not appear to state grounds for divorce.

A freedom or a real is a state granted permission to do something interior of a particular capacity that they later set with proceedings. it truly is a comic book tale. All of politics is a comic book tale. Telling someone they are allowed to be loose isn't genuine freedom and is even worse being a finished perversion of what a real or freedom truly is.

Not for that reason alone, no. One would assume that there are other reasons behind him wanting a divorce, like maybe that phone ringing at all odd hours is his girlfriend?

Most states have no fault divorce these days so there need not be a reason. He sounds like a jerk and perhaps she would be better off without him.
