please don't answer if you don't know what youre talkin about. and no advice like-go see a lawyer. i don't want to see a lawyer or have my husband know i am even wondering this.

how much is reasonable child support for child living in MT? the father makes under 30k. mom is employed fulltime.
i know that they just came up with a number on their own without lawyer or court opinion.
so, just let me know what is a reasonable range if you have experience in this area. thanks!

When I was 14 I got into a fight and was charged with misdemeanor assault. I pleaded no-contest and did six months of probation. I was told when i finished my probation that It would be taken of my record. It has not shown up on any of my employers previous background checks and I am not going into the teaching program in college. Will this show up when they do my teaching back ground check? please help?

Do you seriously? Is it as much of a threat as Iraq was? Because i dont think either of them are or were. More likely they are a threat to American rule, or perhaps the old changing froma petrodollar into a petroeuro.
But i mean if you guys seriously think you are the most powerful force on Earth, why are you afraid of other countries?

I have a boyfriend whom I have been with for almost 2 years. Since I have been with him, when he has money, he is generous, but I have always borrowed him money, now he owes me $4000 and is taking too long to pay it off. Well now, I know he is very talented doing gutter work, and so I decided we would open our own business. He does not own anything, in fact, he is very late on his car payment. I agreed to put the money into it, advertise the busines, take phone calls, print maps for estimates, and more. I thought I would be nice and split 50/50, but he thinks he should get more because he sweats. But I am the owner, and I work too and I put in the $20,000. I think I should get more but because I love him, I split it 50/50, what do you think is fair?

If you were to come to my company and apply for my position you would be told that the pay is from $16-18 an hour. I think everyone actually starts at $16 though. I put in my resignation yesterday because my director is refusing to give me a pay raise. My immediate boss doesn't want to lose me. He asked me to come up with what my minimum accpetable would be so that he can take it even higher than the director to keep me. I told him I wanted my regular annual raise (3%) and an additonal $1 per hour. This will take me up to $17.50, the way I see it if that if the company sees me as one of the best in my position and a valuable asset I should be getting paid on the high end of the curve not the low end. This is my first civilian job (prior military) so I'm not sure if this is a silly way that i'm looking at things. Right now our company really does need me and I realize that, but how can i trust my company if those that run it aren't looking out for me right?
