If it is a patented drug then a good pharmacy should be able to tell you what it is. Shape, size, dolor and markings are listed in their books to help them identify each drug they dispense.

the best answer i can give you would be to contact poison control, http://www.aapcc.org/ This is the web page for them. they have the ability look up information on medication with just this bit to go on. you may also try http://www.drugs.com/pill_identification.html and insert this information and it can give you a list along with pictures of the drug to help match it.
