Disturbed sleep in Pregnancy?

I am about 5 1/2 Month Pregnant and i find it very hard to sleep at night, The slightest movement disturbs me and i can never seem to get comfortable.
Any advice on ways to get comfortable
Any one els like this during pregnancy. I am very tired a lot now with the lack of sleep but i also work 7.45am-4.30pm

advice needed please?

my long distance nearly brokeup with me saying i am too negative, saying that i always think of the worst and worry and i should enjoy life, i managed to bring her around, she said even over yahoo chat i can be negative, she is a joyous girl and i cant loose her how can i improve myself to keep her and stay positive, i am under a lot of stress with my job which can affect me but she says i should leave that at the door and enjoy, i just think i am being realistic, please help

Will there be another world war because of all that is happening?

So many things are going on around the globe at present time. There is the Middle East Crisis, the Katrina political problems, the Thai issues that were only sparked recently, immigration problems, increased crime in large cities, the multiple accusations of political leaders around the world, the Iran nuclear program, and many MANY! more. Will it all end? Will more begin? But most importantly, will it spark something even more terrifying then what we have seen in the past? If people don't learn from their lessons, THE PAST CAN AND WILL REPEAT ITSELF!
