Microsoft Powerpoint

PPS files though are supposed to be self-contained "compiled" powerpoint slideshows. They should play without any need for a player. If you run into problems though, download the standalone player here:

A .pps file is a PowerPoint Slideshow. You can use Microsoft Powerpoint to open it. If you don't have PowerPoint, you can download Open Office for free, which has it's own Presentation software, very similar to PowerPoint. You can use that to open it too.

If you want it, you can download it from http://www.openoffice.org/

Good Luck!

use Microsoft powerpoint to open the .pps file. the full form of pps is powerpoint slides which cannot be edited as ppts. If you are not having powerpoint installed on the computer then you can use the powerpoint viewer software which is freely downlodable from microsoft website.
