I don't work out much. I just do dips every other day. About three sets of 12. Therefore, my strongest body parts are my triceps number one and my pecs, since I slightly lean forward when I do the dips. I know all about how many grams of protein per pound of bodyweight I'm supposed to consume and same with carbohydrates. I have a very fast metabolism. I'm willing to lift, eat, rest, and grow to get to 220, but I think baby steps are in order. Even 15 pounds is a lot. I've read a lot of contradictory advice. Some people say: if you want mass, don't do cardio; others say: if you want lean mass, do cardio once or twice a week. I don't eat fast food. I don't eat unhealthy, just not enough quantity and not often enough. I've tried just about every weight gainer out there. Let's pretend like it's back in the day when there wasn't glutamine, creatine, BCAA's, anabolics, thermogenics, etc. except for maybe some whey protein powders. I can't afford all that stuff anyway. Tell me what to do.
