I'm sure you're a very beautiful person and you are not fat you may just see yourself that way because maybe someone made a comment to you that you good time because you put on little weight as long as you eat you will be alright but if you are thin because you don't eat then you maybe anorexic. I have been anorexic since I was 14 and you need to talk someone before it gets out of hand. Just remember there are people that love you and no matter out you will always be pretty no matter how you look. Talk to someone!! you are a very sweet person keep your head up and smile. babygirl

Sounds like you're terribly unhappy with the way your body looks. I wonder if you count the number of calories you eat every day, weigh yourself on a daily basis if not more, exercise to the point of exhaustion, and may even limit the amount of water you drink?
Many youngsters are plagued with this body dysmorphic syndrome, as a result of the unrealistic stick thin standards set by our media industry.
However, if you already weigh lesser than what is recommended for your height, chances are, what people say is more perceptive than what your mind chooses to see in the mirror.
If you're finding it hard to accept your body, I'll suggest talking to a qualified Clinical Psychologist. Also, try keeping a diary of what you eat, how much exercise you do everyday, as well as your thoughts regarding food, exercising and your body in the mirror. You can have a read through what you'd written down at the end of each week, and judge for yourself whether you perceive that as "normal" for any person, old or young. Try making a conscious effort to only look in the mirror a couple of times a day, and store the weighing scale away somewhere where you have to really dig in to get it out, to minimize excessive weighing of yourself.
If you're finding it hard to eat anything at all, try starting with nutritious but fat free foods such as apples, honey water, and lean cuts of meat. Tell yourself that you need these food in order to keep you healthy and beautiful. Gradually increase your food intake to recommended portions. See a nutritionist to help you keep in touch with what you're eating, and whether you're actually eating enough for your age and lifestyle. Ditch the calorie counting altogether. Eat several small meals a day instead of 3 major meals if you find it especially hard to take in large quatities of food at one go.
If you're feeling tensed up and anxious, try taking natural soothers, such as lavender or chamomile teas, to help you cope with your body anxiety, or any other stressors that might be causing you distress at the moment.
Also ask yourself, is being stick thin the healthy option at all if you're starving yourself, and kicking yourself about it all the time?
I wish you well.

because you have low self esteem and are being way too influenced by all the standards society is pushing on you. Look up what normal for ur height and age is and get over the "need" to be skinny. nobody likes too skinny anyway. :) so just accept the fact that nobody is perfect and realize that you are beautiful JUST the way you are!

Do not go by your perseption of yourself in the miror. Go by facts! Type "body mass" in you search engine and find out the way to figure your lean body mass and fat mass. Figure it and believe it! It should tell you what you need to eat to maintain an appropriate ratio. Eat for the body you should have for the best health.

well its proven............ur not fat so dont worry about it. if you dont think so go to the doctor and see what he/she says maybe ur underweight how about worrying about that. im pretty sure ur a very beautiful person please take care of your health and dont starve yourself. seek therapy i dont think your parents have to know, they just listen to your problems and dont criticize you like others will. i heard therapy really isnt bad. but take care of yourself and be happy with the way you look.
