I mean like in the long run..I have always used either Frizz Ease Hair Serum or now im using Tresemme Anti Frizz Secret..Is it good to always put it on??

Those do not sound like "leave in conditioners". They sound like anti-frizz agents. The anti-frizz agents and glossers ( often the same products) that I have used are usually made from silicone.

I would consider the potential health issues related to silicone usage.

The products labeled "leave in conditioner" seem to be made of different and possibly less harmful or risky products.

From what i hear they're not. Only because the "residue" is left in the pores of your scalp. Basically blocking the oxygen and whatnot to your hair. I normally use conditioner that you wash out.

yes, as long as you wash your hair at least everyother day
to get rid of the old residue...

yes they actually make your hair more smooth not flaky.
