Clearly, the two best are Northwestern and the University of Chicago, although if you hate math, the University of Chicago will probably not be your best bet because they are known for being particularly quantitative in nature. Both schools are world-class institutions, but my guess is that they won't accept you if you already have an MBA from another country. Below that, but still good schools, you have the University of Illinois at Chicago, DePaul University, and Loyola University of Chicago. All are AACSB Intenational-accredited, and are well-respected. There are other universities in the city, but they aren't considered as good.

I would suggest that good universities in general are not going to accept you into an MBA program if you already have the degree, even if from another country. Might I suggest that you consider an M.S. program in a business subject. That would allow you to develop more depth in a particular business discipline (without having to take all of the breadth), and would allow you to have a U.S. graduate degree (to prove that you could succeed here, not just in Pakistan) along with your MBA. I just checked, and Loyola has an M.S. program in Integrated Marketing Communications, while DePaul has one in Marketing Analysis. Both require the GMAT, as does every reasonable MBA program in the U.S. However, if it makes sense for you, I noticed that Loyola's M.S. program in Human Resources will accept the GRE, which is a less quantitative exam, in place of the GMAT.

If you hate math, you shouldn't get an MBA. The best universities in Chicago to get an MBA are Northwestern and the University of Chicago. They rank nationally as two of the best in the country. If you go to school full-time, it takes two years to complete.
