I am looking for a 14 k yellow gold charm. Not a necklace. But my husband plays horseshoes...and is looking for a charm that he can put on his necklace...when the charm is on the necklace ...he wants it to be facing up...the horseshoe to be hanging on the necklace like so "U"...if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it! I am renting a house with an option to buy. But now i don't want to buy this house b/c the other houses in the neighborhood are selling alot cheeper and the landlord wont go down on the price.

I put $10,000 down on the house (not to be confused with a deposit for renting the place). The sales contract says that this money is non-refundable, if the house is not purchased. But I am being told by realtors that she cannot keep the down payment if I don't purchase the price b/c a lease agreement with an option to buy bounds the seller not the buyer.

3) Do away with profile pages? On the left pane of your screen, you could have multiple profiles open to see everyone's status and choose to show or hide them with a show/hide bottom on the bottom right of each person's profile.

4) You should have to be at least 15 to enable e-mail communication and at least 18 to view people's YAHOO 360's. Some of them are really ugly.

5) Whenever someone sends you an e-mail, shouldn't you be able to report them for foul language?
