no he would not be considereed "white" He would be Hispanic. And technically there is no "white" or "black" . All people no matter where they are from, no matter how dark or light they are, all have brown skin. The skin colors are just different shades of brown.

he's probably a mix of spanish and european which could make him dark, but i wouldn't say he's white.

I would not call him dark. Spaniards are Caucasian so yes, he would be considered white.

do you know what white looks like if his skin is brown than he's brown my skin is white I tan than I am tan no longer being white.
