I lifted a heavy box and i've had a pain in the sides of my lower back, both sides of the butt area specifically for about 8 weeks, i'm seeing a chiropractor and he recommended stretches, but the pain always comes back even though i do the stretches, it seems as though i pulled a muscle on both sides, and its very stiff and sensitive sometimes in the butt area and in the hips/pelvic area, and they say its a muscle strain, any idea on how long this condition can last or what is the best treatment?some people say use ice instead of heat, is it good to use ice? should i continue with the stretches, or is there any alternative treatment?i'm only 27 and never have been hurt like this ever, please help, i'm in a lot of pain especially if i sit or stand for too long, thanks so much for your help

I need suggestions, preferably any kind of suggestion would do at this point. I need lighting in my basement, it's very dark down there, but there are only a few plug ins and rewiring is not an option. Overcrowding the plugs seems dangerous, so I was hoping that there was some kind of batter powered light that could be purchased that I could use. Is there such a thing? What would they be called? I would prefer to keep prices on the lower end, but I would like a bright or very bright light if possible, sufficient enough to compensate for the lack of light already there. Since it's in a basement, I would prefer something simi-resistant to the elements like dampness and dust, I have a workshop that can be a little messy at times. Preferably, I would like the lights to last a while, more than a few hours or so, just for practicality reasons. But all that is just extras, I just need some lights! Any help, suggestions, comments, ideals, etc would be appreciated! Thank you

Hi... Okay i resized an image online only when i go to photobucket it resizes it to a small size because it doesnt accept anything over a certain size......... But i really need that image to be a larger size and i need the URL code (like the one photobucket generates) to use that picture............. Basically what i asking is......... Is there any other site that would leave my picture the size it is and also apply a URL code as well???..... Hmmmmmmmmmm now where do i post this question exactly?? my boyfriend and his mother own a trailor together he finally bought one on his own last week. she is older but very much has her mind. before i knew the big picture i guess he could not keep a woman because she would run her off. she had three people have woman call the home asking for her son to make me mad and leave. i had my own place and the both of them talked me into moving in with them. once i did she became controlling to me like she is her son. this whole picture is disfunctional. ive had more stress in less than one year than in my entire life. she said when her husband died he took his place? he just started buying me a few gifts1.)matching chains nonexpensive the thought that counts. i cant wear mine because she made the comment that he should have got her one? he was rubbing my back i hurt it and she said you dont rub mine? i love him however, i think i should leave this picture because sad to say i cant tolerate her any longer.she wants me to hate my family.ect,ect.
