Only the first question, ok? Here it goes. You can simplify this.

(x+2/x)/(x-2/3x)
= (x(1+2/x^2))/(1/3X)
= (1+2/x^2)/(1/3) (Remove the x)
= 3(1+2/x^2)
= 3+6/x^2

You would have to describe what you're trying to do with these. You can't solve for x because they aren't equations. Are you trying to simplify them or write them in some standard form, or what?

If you're going to paste homework problems, at least paste the instructions.
