have a very casual conversation and see how it goes. use common sense and if he says anything inappropriate or acts like an idiot at all. Block him and never talk to him again.

don ttalk to him ask him who he is and if u don tknow dont talk it could be a stalker or a guy from your school or work tryin to make fun of you but dont answer him that will be bad!
