I called an A/C guy through my home warrenty and he came out last week and said my A/C needed a part, that he would order it, and install it this week. I paid him a 55$ service call fee.
He came out today to put the part in and charged me another $55 service call. Is this right?

I had a baby 4mths ago and ever since then my hair has had some serious issues. My hair breaks easily and falls out by the bunch ( the dr. said the falling out is normal due to pregnancy , its falling out but I am not going bald , crazy huh ? ) . My hair is real thick and wavy , I can't flat iron my hair it will only frizz back up so I use a kids relaxer to straighten it. I currently use Pantene ProV anti breakage products but still it breaks. What products can I use to get my hair back on track to being healthy again?

We are living in a motorhome and have a dog and a cat. Our daughter needs her cat and we have a litter box in a vinyl dog kennel with the newspaper litter and baking soda. Any suggestions how to get rid of the pee smell? My husband is getting pissed.

I just got a notice to be out at the end of the month from my mean appartment manager cause of noise at 9pm tonight and a nocie warning earlier this week and when she came to give me the notice at 9:06pm me and some of my friends were on the balcony smoking and b.s.ing and cusing and she said that no one approves of that fing language. We are the only people that she hasnt evicted since she became the manager a few months ago and earlier this summer she told me that my 2 year old can not wear any kind of flooties in the pool and no diaper, even the swim kind. Im trying to move be financial issuse came up, but Im trying to move at the end of the year. should I do something about her or should I just go with her eviction?

I like this guy who I occasionly see. One day I was hanging out with him and he was telling his buddies how he had to book his flight to see his girlfriend. His girlfriend lives 7 states away and he will be seing her in 3 months for a special event. He demonstrated alot of interest in me but why would he say this? He really showed he liked me because he was nervous around me, his pupils dilated when he saw me, and he was checking me out. (I can tell when someone likes me.) I feel very sad becasuse I didn't even know he had a girlfriend. Why would he say this when he showed great interest?

Additional Details
I am a naturally cute and sweet girl that lets herself be respected (I don't dress slutty at all and I am not provocative). I also wear no makeup since I don't require it and because I want guys to like me for my true self.
Also they both go to two different universities and they will continue to be separated for two additional years.

I am not going to respect a man who does not understand that the CONSTITUTION is there for a reason. HE WANTS TO USE IT AS TOILET PAPER. HE doesn't understand the phrases, "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness", and "the separation of church and state". HE continues to spy on a country illegally in the name of security, he continually tries to override the Geneva Convention on POW's basic human rights, and he continues to use the death of Americans from 9/11 as fear to push outlandish laws. I do not support him nor respect him - AT ALL....

Me and my roommate split after a year. We were very close, I was a hugh part of his life as he was of mine. I fell in love, he was honest and did not want to go there with me afraid of loosing a good friendship. We had it all in our relationship accept for sex. He was everything to me and he is not gay. We camped together, family outings, the bars everything for a year, I thought it was going somewhere then he met someone they have been in seperable for two weeks it broke my heart. I moved out and have not spoken to him. My things are still there and I just do not want to go get them yet to not see him. It hurts I miss my friend.

Especially in horror movies. Christ! I remember when I went to see "House of 1000 Corpses" and there was a woman their with her two year old and and infant (and her husband). Look, I know you want to get out of the house, but can't you find something else to do other than subjecting your child to a horror movie (and subjecting the other movie goers to your children)?
