Who does the scarlet chest peice drop off of in SM cath???

the Scarlet Chest piece, for the set, is a random drop. I have gotten it off of one guy in cath, one in library and one in the Armory. I think it is the rare piece of the set, so all you can do is keep plugging away at it until you get the set you want.
