The Bible god sends floods, fire, earthquakes. pestilence, commands war, tells you to hold slaves, kill people, gives stupid rules to live by that none can hold, tells you not to eat things that taste good (shellfish). Then it sends its "only begotten son" to be tortured so that god can forgive everyone else for not following the rules they were not able to follow in the first place. What a silly game, maybe this god is intellectually handicapped?

So I this year I attended the wine festival at Temecula Ca. and I tasted this wine that was sooo delicous it was called Sweet Loretta and was it sweet and goood. I got hooked on it but to bad cant find it anywhere. Im just affraid that the only way would be to go to the winery for it, I have tried there web site but they dont sell any wine online. When we talk about God, we are supposed to do so "philosophically." Why? Why not treat God just like all other objects and devise experiments to detect his presence or absence?

The classic religious response is, "God must remain hidden. If he proved his existence, that would take away faith." This is clever -- here we have an object named God that proves its existence by completely hiding its existence. Of course, in the real world, any object that provides no evidence for its existence is classified as imaginary.

Even more interesting, this object called God, which is supposedly hiding its existence completely, is in the meantime supposedly writing books, answering prayers and incarnating itself. How can that be?

Could it be the reason why we can find no empirical evidence for God's existence is not because "God is a magical being completely able to hide from us." It is because God is imaginary?
Hmmmmmm, yet christians still believe in this fairytale?

2. Aching from head to foot (musles)
3. No appetite
4. Vomitting
5. Upset squitty stomach
6. Disturbed vision
7. Migraine type headache which wont go away

Has your doctor put you through a whole host of tests like:

1. Bloodwork to find an non-existant infection
2. Spinal tap looking for meningitis
3. MRI scan
4. CAT scan

Are all your tests coming back negative?
