The Bible god sends floods, fire, earthquakes. pestilence, commands war, tells you to hold slaves, kill people, gives stupid rules to live by that none can hold, tells you not to eat things that taste good (shellfish). Then it sends its "only begotten son" to be tortured so that god can forgive everyone else for not following the rules they were not able to follow in the first place. What a silly game, maybe this god is intellectually handicapped?

You have just hit on the definition of "divine insanity". God killing himself to save us from his own wrath. One wonders about the need for the elaborate song-and-dance...surely there are simpler or easier methods to accomplish the same thing...

The God of the OT is a petty war god and acts like it--all about wrath, conquest, fear and control. The NT god has apparently started taking some anti-psychotics...but then goes whacko-berserk again in Revelation. Evidently God has more mood swings than a victim of bi-polar disorder...

It sure doesn't take much to tick God off -- he sure knows how to hold a grudge.

Eve had something from a forbidden tree, and then all of humanity from that point onwards was in big trouble. But of course it is all about a book of myths and fables, and if people want to be delusional in believing those stories about a resentful God who says he loves his children, then that is their choice.

You are basing your statements on the Old Testament. I know how you feel about Jesus being crucified. I used to have a problem with this as well, until I went to a bible study called Christian Believer. God created us. What He does with us is up to him.

If there is a god, one imagines quite the level of exasperation, at least!

God Never hate humanity,....Do you have kids?...can you feel your love to them?...maybe God's love compare to that is multiply by a billion times to us.

Then,...why earthquake?....etc?....behold beware,....you might just hurt some spirit that God loves.

Dont event think that God doesnt know your question...or whatever we do now any where in the universe.

It's funny how you think you can sum up the creators actions and try to rationalize them. Did you create the heavens and the earth? I think not so your about as smart as the rest of mankind and not of God.

God is doing nothing but sitting on his *** watching all of us peons struggling and fighting and killing one another.

Once he stops laughing and crying and gets fed up enough, then I suppose he will do something.
