i bought some shoes, and it said it was made of man made leather. is it like fake leather? cause i will get rid of the shoes and find more animal appropriat shoes if its real leather.(i find it hypacritacle to be all for animal rights, then wear leather stuff)

I was diagnosed with Mononucleosis (Mono) about a month ago. I am currently not enrolled in school, becuase it was so bad. I finished my freshman year, and august was supposed to be the start of my sophomore year. However, I will be enrolled in January 2007, in the start of my second year in college. My question is: Would it still be possible to attend OCS the summer of 2007? Or should I just wait until I finish two more semesters, and try to go the summer of my split junior year? I am afraid that this semester that I am missing is really setting me back. I haven't talked to an OSO yet, becuase I live in California, but I will be moving to North Carolina in December. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i have too much work overload but i dont want to drop chem ap. shoild i drop it or no? its hard but i can understand it if i have enuff time. i someitmes do have eniuff time but i dont use it on chemistry. should i audit it and still take the AP exam? im confused. also i work. and ramadan is coming it. its kinda hard to do all that. i hate school. should i just graduate early

Okay, I have this issue with a guy who I met on a internet dating site a couple of days ago. We have been talking and we havea lot in common. You see, he wants to go on a first date. However, he wants to take me for a walk and then give me a massage at his place. I said yes but, I told him I do not do one night stands and I hope he respects that. He told me he does not want to make me uncomfortable in any way. Is this a sign he wants a one night stand anyways? Do I have a right to feel uncomfortable? Is this really a date?

I've just read a bunch of replies to the homosexual in church thread and several christians have posted "Yes, so long as you aren't an active homosexual" and then they'll yank a bible verse. I'd like to ask...do you watch television? do you go to the movies? do you celebrate Christmas and Easter?

That ALWAYS troubled me when I was a sheeple, why is it that every sin is EXUSED away except homosexuality? Paul admonishes the christians NOT to worship god in any way shape or form like pagans yet most christians I know (even fundies) celebrate Christmas, Easter and Sunday worship (Sun day was 'the' day pagans worshipped the Sun God).

How can you even give people an 'if' when you are in sin yourself?

I have a friend and he says I'm shallow and materialistic because I buy quality things. He thinks there's no need to spend on quality clothes, makeup, purses, shoes, shampoo, etc. He says there's no reason I can't go to Wal-Mart for those things. I don't understand this at all. I say this because we went to the mall and I bought some stuff at Lancome and some undies at Victorias Secret. He was bitching the whole time that I spend too much and that I'm materialistic. What do you all think? Just looking for opinions on what you guys think.

There are animes with strong story lines, with good characterisation and etc. My favourites are many for e.g. Bleach. I like it coz of its story line & good characterisation. Every character has its uniqueness in one way or the other. My most favourite characters are of Ichigo, Rukia, Urahara and Chad. The character of Ichigo gives me courage and strength to deal with odd situations as if they are nothing more then daily life minor obsticals.

i am 35 yrs old. i had an abortion recently, which is fourth. i have two kids aged 13 and 10. we were not intending to have a third one. we were not using birth control pill, just following the safe period. but i got pregnant last week. i was shocked to know it. as we were having some financial problem i thought it wont be nice to have another kid and taking our age into consideration, we opt an abortion. now i am very depressed having done the abortion and feel to end my life. i know that wont be a solution, moreover it will cause disgrace to my husband and kids. my husband too stood with me for the abortion. he is very consoling. but when i am alone i think about it over and over and i am afraid, whether my mental balance will be gone. a feeling that i have done a sin, god wont forgive me. i am longing to have a baby soon, to overcome this situation. is it safe to have a baby after abortion and considering my age? wht should i do to overcome the depression?

i have been on the patch for a year now and i just took it off today to start my week off. So like tomorrow or the next day i should start my period..But my serious boyfriend..(who has been tested for aids and hiv so hes clean) and i had sex like an hr ago and i wanted to know if i should take the day after pill. since i wasnt on the patch??

On the Lumina when we got it the doors automatically locked when the transmission was put into reverse. Now they dont do that like they are suppose too. Just pushing on the electric door locks button nothing happens now. Opening or unlocking. Thought maybe a fuse was out so checked all of those but they were good. Is there something else that I should check out?

I ask this as I waited, four years with a man, got married, got pregnant, and then he left me. I felt like he took something from me. But, at least God knew I wouldn't have sex, til I was married, and now I have my wonderful 10 yr old, son, a Momma's Boy! Now, engaged to marry a totally different man, and I did so call, took it out for a ride, before buying, LOL! Glad I did, as my Ex really ruined it for me, as I remember saying.....after the first time...That is what I waited for over 24 years? LOL! I tell ya, Divorce helped me realize that there are men out there that are a lot better, and happy about it! I play it safe, and only had 5 men in my life, including my Ex and man with now! As saying NO, is such a powerful word! AND IT CAN WORK! Love to hear your answer! Hugs~
