Unless you can score high on your tests so that your college will take the scores then drop to a lower set of class. Colleges really could care less about what high school classes you took and they are getting tighter and tighter on what classes they will give you AP credit for.

truthfully. colleges continually choose a extra formidable pupil it extremely is semi properly preforming to an more advantageous pupil in much less rigorous classes. i've got heard many college admissions officers say so. Does your college weight AP classes? Mine does.

No! Me and my brother do several Ap's. Right now I am in 11th grade and am doing Ap's. I've worked for 10 hours this weekend alone for just one of my classes. Believe me, when Ivy league schools begin to notice you, you will begin to love ap classes. I would simply manage my time. My brother has done 15 ap classes since his sophomore year. Everybody told him he was on the verge of academic suicide, but he pulled through. You can too.

If it is not required for your college major, drop the course. It is not worth risking a bad grade or draining mental resources over it. On the point of graduating early, it depends on your overall life plan.

It's what two weeks into the semester? If you're already having trouble balancing your workload, it'll only get worse. I say drop it while you can. The semester's barely even gotten started, and the work will start to pick up a lot in another couple weeks.

i've heard that AP Chem is one of the hardest AP's to take. I've got 3 AP's right now...English, Psychology, and US History, but I am dealing alright with them.

the first answer is right...if you can't handle it, drop it.

and don't even worry about it.
you can always take it another year, or at community college, or at university.

good luck ;)

Take a slower class and get a better grade in it. It's not going to look good to get a C or D in an AP class.

Although I teach AP courses, chem is NOT one of them. I say if you can at least audit it, by all means, do so.
