this is a puzzle, can anyone pleeeaaseeee work it out, its for geocaching, it gives you the final co-ordinates for a gps, maths is not my strong point!

i use Norton Anti-Virus, but recently, it was troubling my computer. a window always popped up, while we surfed, we always had to click OK, to proceed. but then it would come again. and after a while, the internet stopped working. so i disabled Norton, then it worked. when i disabled Norton, i was given option, how long would u like it disabled, i clicked on 'until next restart' option. i restarted again in the morning, and the same hapened. i had to disable it again to use internet. what's the trouble?
