The only thing that will come out is Waste and Undigested food that the body can't use, after the vitamins, minerals and other useful nutrients are separated and used by the body during the digestive process.
Corn, Peanuts, Greens,of any kind, etc. are an excellent source of Fiber.
Keep including those foods and eating them as part of your diet...you're taking care of yourself, naturally, and without occasional laxatives. .

It's the fiber. Peanuts and corn are high in fiber and insoluble fiber is not digested by the body. We are encouraged to eat fiber because it adds bulk to the stools and is good for the colon to eat a low residue diet (cleans out the colon).
Also, corn kernels have a clear filmy shell around the kernel, this shell is not digested so if you don't really, really chew up each and every corn kernel it passes through just the way it went in.

hard to digest
you can help the food shortage by recycling the peanuts and corn. It looks the same going in, looks same going out. It can be recycled many times over. Ha!

Obviously you don't chew corn and peanuts that well. Unless they magically reconstruct themselves in your body.

Ewww, I think that there is no point in eating corn. You might as well just throw it straight into the toilet and eliminate the middle man!

Corn and some nuts do not breakdown in our systems easley, so that is why you still see it.
