I just talked to one woman of Netzero about some overcharge of this month, and unkindly she mentioned(?) high speed internet for 9.99 a month and while I was still hesitating she made me hold (turned off the communication system) and process the upgrade.I was trying to stop it but i couldn't hold of her. I was waiting 5-10 minutes in complete silence and I lost her. AND 5 MINUTES LATER I FOUND OUT I MADE 1 YEAR CONTRACT WITHOUT KNOWING IT. AND EVEN HIGH SPEED SERVICE INCLUDES "NORTON VIRUS" SHE ADDED UPGRADED(?) NORTON VIRUS SUBSCRIPTION... i CALLED BACK BUT THEY SAID I CAN'T CANCEL IT, AND THEY REFUSED TO TELL ME HER NAME. THEY ARE REALLY RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
i'M SO UPSET. yOU GUYS BE CAREFUL.
and a lot of agents don't speak English...
