He seems like he is so into me, calls me almost every day but then we make plans he will have something come up either we need to change the time or I want to change the day. Usually it is because of work or it is something he "has" to do with his brother? Is he really not into me or is he unsure or just a flake?

I wouldn't hold a candle for him. If he is putting you off all the time, move on and meet other guys. Why wait around for this fellow to ask you out. There are tons of guys you could be out with right now instead of waiting for him to call. Go out have fun, let him be a loser.

Well dear he is controlling you. By doing what he is changing times & dates he is keeping you interested in him. Why not do it back to him and see what happens

maybe he is just playing you. maybe the day that he wants to change is actually the day where he goes out with another girl. i dont see him as serious.
