I am 5' 1" and weigh 185. I am not a heavy eater, sometimes I only eat once a day. I have a hard time working out or maybe just find excuses not to. I get up every morning at about 4:00 or 4:30 and fix my husbands lunch, than get my child ready for school and drive her about 10 minutes from home the opposite way to my work than drive to work. I go and pick her up from school and than go to the grocery store to buy something to make for dinner. I usually get home about 3:30 eat something really quick and start cooking, cleaning, in between I help my daughter with her homework and do laundry, etc. The next thing you know it is already 8:00 or 8:30 and I still haven't taken a shower. This is everyday. Like I said at the start I don't eat alot but I will tell you one thing I am hooked on sweets and don't know how to control myself. I feel like I need the sugar to keep me going everyday. What can I do to break the addiction and to stick to something I really need and want to lose weight.
