Varied. Depends on whether you live in the North, North East, North West, South, South East or South West.
Here in the North East portion of the USA we have 4 distinct seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall.
Winter: Cold (20s and Teens Farenheit with wind chills below zero at times) and snowy. We usually get 5-6 big snow storms (more than 6 inches at a time) and 1-2 bad ice storms per season.
Spring: Spring thaw will reach into the 40s and 50s but as a rule Spring is cold and wet and damp.
Summer: 1-2 weeks of temps in the 90s but generally a comfortable 75-80 degrees.
Fall: Beautiful season with cool, crisp temperatures in the 50s & 60s during the day. Nights in the low 40s.

The weather is generally very mild and pleasant in South Africa. Today the temperature is 28 degrees Celsius and no clouds at all! Perfect for going to the beach!

At the moment it's sunny, cloudy, and a little chilly. But because I live in Ohio we get every type of weather, except for hurricanes, we get tornadoes, rain, snow, hail, sun, cold. I think we get a lot of it.

It depends on the season, but in my area(Southeastern US), it's fairly temperate. Right now, for example, it's 79 degrees Fahrenheit, and cloudy. Our seasons are fairly moderate, but we have had an occasional really bad time, weatherwise. Three years ago, we had a terrible ice storm that cut our power off for almost two weeks!
