Dallas is in the central time zone, which is UTC-6 in standard (CST) and UTC-5 in daylight (CDT) times.

Hawaii is on Hawaiian Standard time (HST) year round, which is UTC-10.

So, there's a 4 hour difference during standard time, and a 5-hour difference during daylight time.
