I am a 57 year old 5 foot 7 skinny man and have been just under 9 stone for as long as I can remenber.

In my day I was very helthy and Muscular, unfortuneatly over the years this has now changed.

All I would like to do is be able to put on some weight so that I can then go on to convert some of the new weight into some body form.

As my mother said how can a good marriage counselor understand if they have never experienced marriage. And God is suppose to be the great conselor. I think in order for God to truly understand life as a human then being married along with having a child would have definitely helped him greatly to understand being human. Besides the people here who seem preoccupied with intimacy would say why come to earth and not experience one of the worlds greatest pleasures (responsibilities)? Too bad chocolate had not been invented yet.

for equality. They had peaceful rallies and demonstrations and did every thing in a non violent manner before their rights were granted. Now these illegals come and run a muck having riots, burning flags, and breaking laws. Yet they will probably become citizens by 2008. Lately I'm experiencing pain in my fretting hand, mostly when trying to do full bar chords. I know that body positioning plays some role in this. Always try to sit in as ergo a position as possible. Anyone else have any tips on how to avoid this via stretching exercises, or changes in posture, hand positioning.

my boyfriend moved into my place about a year ago and he is the nicest guy in the world but he is obsessed with his sport and goes training most evenings and weekends. Weekends: he is up at 8 leaves to go training and comes back around 2, if he has a race he is often back late in the evening/or i spend the day watching his race. 3 weeknights out of five he trains straight after work until about 8pm, has a shower + eats the food I've made for him, stays up for about an hour then goes to bed. He also has an evening at his parents house. In the past 7 days he's spent one whole evening with me and half a Saturday. It feels like he treats the place like a hotel and takes me for granted. If I mention it to him he flips out and says he spends all his spare time with me. He does - he just doesn't seem to have any spare time! Sometimes I wish he would realise exactly how little time he spends with me. Is this normal?
