Better medical care for leukemia, work to make better medical care and education available to youth and the poor, and if I had enough, I would work to eliminate human slavery by creating new alternatives for potential victims, and help the victims to escape the life and make a new life
OK, that's more than two, wish me luck, I'm an unbridled idealist.

I would buy a house and make it have those tuby things like they have at the banks. When the mail man comes he would stick my mail into the tube and it would come inside the house. I would hire someone to buy my groceries and other things I need for me and they would also put it into tubes to shoot into the house. Inside the house there would be tubes running from room to room. If you was in the living room or your bedroom or wherever and wanted a soda you would just go and punch some buttons and it would come through a tube into the room you are in. I would put in a heated indoor pool and a skating rink, theater, huge bar, and loads of other cool stuff. Yep the jetsons house (just better) lol
Money doesnt last forever so I would have to have income coming in to replace the money i blew for the house. I would buy a better place to run my advertising business and would help my husband open up a wrecker company because that is his dream job.
Since My state took away the poor people's health insurance I would pay someone off so that I could grow marijuana in my back yard. People could smoke it for pain (like cancer patients). I would pay off a pharmacist so that he would give me an endless supply of medicine and hire a doctor to check the patients. Buy him/her a doctors office. Yeah I wont forget to pay everyone off so that the doctor and pharmacist dont get into trouble lol The poor uninsured would no longer have to go without medical treatment. I forgot to mention hiring dentists and specialist etc.
The money would also be used for abused women, children, homeless, energy assistance, housing assistance, and medical research.....I can thing of so many more things.

Pamela 0 hit the nail on the head with her answer, I`d do the exact same thing. Someone needs to care for our helpless voiceless creatures that are abused the world over. The rest of the money would be spent prosecuting the offenders and having them live in the manner they treated animals in their care. There ought to be a law that money would help pay off our so called politicans to carry out the sentences. Or better yet, let me do the sentencing for free !

I was once for about two years in the eighties, we had a good life but a normal life, then my wife died from cancer and I lost the business empire all the same year. The worst loss was my wife - the happiest days I have had throughout my life have been when I was either relatively poor or just reasonably comfortably off - NO Money doesn't buy happiness, it just helps a little if you have enough to live on.

I would leave the hassled and fast paced life I lead now, always go go go when your having to work and make your way through life!
I would settle in the south of France or Brittany and buy a very large old property with stables(i.e. a farmhouse )and set up a Mediterranean B&B and Equestrian centre, somewhere near the beach etc and just take life in my stride, having a few sprogs along the way...

I would buy some bed and breakfasts by the sea and send disadvantaged children on holiday in them, the best part of having enough money is knowing that you can share it and give a little happiness to someone else.

I would create a new lottery and I would make people millionaires but I would sell millions of tickets so my fortune would expand beyond my wildest dreams. I would then set up continual donations to charities. I would never spend any of the money on myself. I already have enough. Money itself cannot make you happy but what it can do for millions of less fortunate people would bring such a sense of gratification. NOW THATS WHAT I WOULD CALL AMAZING

I would set up home for my husband and children, put a comfortable sum in the bank to live off of, buy the immediate necessaries, donate various sums to various charities then travel the world.
It sounds selfish but you only live once - so live comfortable, then spread you wealth to others in need!!

My life is rich already, so I would have a massive party for everyone on Yahoo Answers, we could have it somewhere like Australia around Aires Rock and party the night and day away and just have a great time.
