yes the girl is very young but its not funny,if they are truly in love then age has no bars!!

Anyone under 16 is definite jail bait. Anyone under 18 is probable jail bait. I know a young man who was seduced right after he turned 18 by the towns most promiscuous girl which he walked away from. She got angry then told her parents who had him thrown in jail. He is currently serving 8 years. Go for it if you like looking at naked men showering for 8 years and no women. It is really difficult to not have anything happen if you are together too much and alone too much. Go find someone safer your own age and legal.

It's a big age difference. I guess it depends on your country, community, etc.
Usually as people get older a bigger age difference is fine, but that's quit a large age difference. Hanging out is just fine, though.
When she hits 20 it would be perfectly fine for her to date him as a 30 year old. Anything under 20 makes 10 years a big age difference.

It's very dangerous. And totally not advisable. find summore closer to his own age. if he likes to date girls that are 10yrs younger, then maybe he just have to wait 5yrs longer.
