Can psychically gifted people/astral travellers etc. see us when we don't know about it?

I would imagine that yes they can.

However, since I don't see people who claim to be psychically gifted running around with a lot of power and money, I work on the assumption that either a) they do not exist b) they don't care about money (and thus aren't the ones that are advertising) or c) they're really dumb.

astral travel and being psychic doesnt have to go together
in my opinion ... everyone is psychic ... they have that intuition .. just some more developed than others
being psychic isnt mind reading .. nor is it being there with the person .... there should be no intrusion or invasion of privacy at all

astral projection is like an art .. it is something that can be learned and used ... most people do this during sleep and have little control of where they go ... however some people do have control , during sleep and in an awake state

there is also something called remote viewing ... that is to put it simply ... seeing through anothers eyes ... and again this is quite unethical without permission from whoever is on the other end ... and a good psychic would not do this
but this remote viewing was actually studied during WW2 as a means to see what the enemy was doing and was used rather well

Sensory input as we understand it doesn't necessarily mean the same thing on the astral plane. Just because someone can "see" you doesn't mean it's the same experience as looking at someone with your eyes. Sometimes it's more a sense of a physical location or brief flashes of images. For some it can be almost the same as sight but many people have trouble sustaining the oftentimes intense experience for an extended period of time. In many cases it depends on what you, or the psychic/astral traveler believes to be real.

Yes, astral travel is a scientific fact. Both the American and Russian military use it. Various universities around the world have departments that study it and the evidence shows that people who are being watched are unaware that they are.
As stated above, the miltary use astral travel for spying purposes, and it has proved very successful in the past. Several books have been written on this subject. I do not immediately recall their titles but they are available in bookshops.

Fair, proper, good, bad, etc, are human concepts.
The reason these people are not all rich and powerful is because they don't live in a material frame of mind, they live in a spiritual one. Some are so they can have a ministry or to take care of projects that help the needs of the many. hard to believe there are still people like that in these times yeah?

If you're worried about someone seeing something that embarrasses you, you should know that posting a question that suggests that you believe in "psychically gifted people" and "astral travellers" is probably more embarrassing than whatever you're doing in private.

years ago i worked in a psychiatric hosp where i saw a patient who suffered from early onset schizoprhrenia (she was 18). I often wondered if at night when she wanted to go to the loo,she would be able to negotiate her way in the darkness. On night while i was dreaming i saw her get out of bed,put on her slippers and dressing gown and leave the space. Imagine my surprise when the next day she asked why i had woken her up the night before...

Of course they can. If you believe that there are people with such ability. Just like you can look out of a building and see people who can't see you - there is nothing UNFAIR about it
