Okay. I know how to do slope-intercept form (y=mx+b), but on our assignment it's giving a chart that looks like:

How does that chart fit into this? The only instructions are, "Graph each equation by plotting points".
All I need is for you to help me out with 2 problems, then I'm pretty sure I can figure out the rest of it.
1.) y = x + 2
2.)2x + 2y = 8
Yeah you're probably thinking, "Easy stuff!".... I just don't know how the chart plays into this. If someone could explain the chart or whatever, please do! {{assignment due tomorrow, so help is wanted right away!}}
And for the smart allecks, don't tell me, "You should've asked your teacher". I didn't realize the chart thingy was on the assignment.
