I know that chanting om mani padme hum can go ahead and change our problems and thier impacts but how does the principle work , does it mean that different style of chanting have different effects, and when should I chant it to find a good job and career??

My bank who I will not name, charge me £39 for going 1p overdrawn on a direct debit, they pay out.
Why do they pay the D/D in the first placeif the funds aren't in, because if i have £9.99p in my account, they wont allow me to take £10 out, yet they can make me go overdrawn and then charge me....thats not right

But........Here in America students grades or plummeting.
There is no reason why a normal young person who is not brain damaged or mentally impaired can not score at least a 1400 on the SAT.

Yet we in America have atrocious SAT scores placing America far below their average international counterparts particularly in Asia and South East Asia which excels in similar scoring tests.

Why?
