You never know a person's motivation for friendship, do you?

Ahhh the "Masks of Life"! Believe me this happens all the time, and has done so throughout time. When we are dating, many times we do not see the worst side of someone-everyone wants to come off as a really good person...They try to be someone their not and usually by the time you see the other side it is to late. Many play this stupid game of life and chance-and 90% of time it ends up in a very hurtful situation for one or the other and sometimes both. In some it is human nature to hide their true self, and you could end up dead, divored, sick, hate opposite sex, a constant player, a gold digger, broke, busted, and on the street. This happens quite often and the old saying: " I am not a mind reader or farseer" is true to this day. What many of us see is just the outside, not the true inner self. We have this image implanted in our brains of the true ones we seek and psychologically we think we have found it and WHAM! we get knocked on our butts. Then we are shocked and stunned...The best advice or thought I can give one is: Be wary, be alert, be postive, seek, search, and find! Get to know each other better-if it takes 2 years before committment, that way one gets to know each other better.

well ultimately I feel sorry for them coz no matter what the reason is why the marry that person, chances are they'll end up miserable. Its like a girl marrying a guy for money - sure she'll have a great life of wealth and materialistic goods, but she'll never be content or happy within herself - same goes for a guy marrying a girl coz shes a knockout - doesnt mean she wont be the biggest b going!!! Really I dont think these relationships ever last long term so it never pays off to be that shallow!
