I have this so called friend. We've been friends since high school. We use to hang out a lot, til the problem came. Everytime a woman comes along, he does his best to embarass me in front of her, even when we're at work. Especially, if she's showing interest in me and not him. Not long ago, when we were at work, he saw me talking to this woman, he went up to her and told her i was only talking to her because he claimed i wanted to try to have sex with her, which was a lie. She believed him, and then dissed me. It doesn't even feel like a friendship anymore, but a constant battle within himself against me, What do you all think of this?

I took two EPT, each a day apart, both have a faint postive. Took one this morning, negative! WTH. So, I go and buy a First Response, early result................negative. Why? Why must I go through this? I am so sick of negatives. I get the doctors blood results on Tuesday but I like the at home confirmation since I had a miscarriage in May. I feel like a fool. I feel like I.............I don't know. After 2 miscarraiges in a year and so many negatives you really start to wonder if you are crazy. Anyone else feel this way?

I am living in the United States and have met a fabulous Honduran man who lives in the same city as I do. What are some cultural differences regarding dating that I will need to know? I am a fairly progressive, assertive woman. Do most Honduran men prefer to take the lead in a relationship? Do I need to be careful about being agressive? Also after a very short time he is telling me that he loves me. Is this normal for the culture? Not sure if it matters or not, but I'm about 10 years older than him. I live in Gran canaria and my son had a high tempereture last night so i took him to the doctors as he is only 4 months old and they gave him a cold bath and i was made to leave him in cold water for 20 mins i was heart broken he screamed the whole time. I never heard of this in the uk is there any other way and does anyone agree that it is best not to put a baby in cold water for that long?

I went to texas depart. human services friday 09/01/2006 to apply for emergency foodstamps was approved they told me my benfits would be on lone star card in 24 hours, it's now Sunday evening my benfits or still not on lone star card I have two kids and no food they didn't give me my case number so I can't find out what's going on the office is closed I believe the'll be closed through the holiday also I don't know what to do.

i am only 14 and i am boarding at a school in hawaii. my parents are all the way in richmond virginia. i want to get over my home sickness but home is the only thing i can think of and so i keep on calling home. the way the school works is that we work to pay for tuition , but most the times when we work it is hard for me to, same goes for school i am afraid i might get bad grades so i get more homesick. there is a six hour time difference between me and my parents so sometimes it is hard to talk to them. and i cant go to town until saturday and sunday so i need someway to get home off my mind.
