What would you do if you found a crack pipe?

As Rob said it depends on where the pipe is uncovered. For example, in the gutter downtown, I may step on and continue walking. At my children's school, report it immediately. Within my home, let the Spanish inquisition begin!

I wouldn't touch it first of all. It could have some evidence that the Police need from it or it could have blood infested with aids on it. You never know. Don't touch it, leave it alone, go call the cops and tell them where it's at, what you seem lying there and leave it to them.

Yeah it depends on where it was found. Just lying on the street, I would throw it out or leave it. In someones house, I would speak to them first. Taking it to the cops only throws suspicion on yourself

I guess it depends on WHERE I found it. If I just found it lying on the ground somewhere in public domain, I'd just throw it away. If I found it somewhere that pointed to it being used or owned by a specific person, then it would depend on who the person was. If it was someone who I thought it should be turned in to the police in order to implicate them, I would. If it were a child of mine or other loved one, I'd confront them with it and get help for them.

Yep, I would take it to the cops right away. They will throw it away, and don't worry, they probably won't suspect you of using it or being the owner of the pipe.

Throw it in the trash or drop it off at the local police station. But I'd call them first to see if they even want it. It's not something you'd like to get caught with.
