Here is some background information: I'm 21 years old and I go to UCSD medical school. I know I'm a little old to be living at home but medical school is a hefty bill. I am Taiwanese thus, my family is extremely conservative. My mother hasn't even talked to me about my period yet. It's just like my mother to look through my stuff and behold, she found a used condom. My boyfreind of two years is not leaving because of the situation. My only fear is having a bad relationship with my mother. I know that she is extremely disappointed in me. I know I should not care about what she thinks because I'm an adult. Should I forget about talking with her ever again and move out? Or should I try and talk to her? If so, how do I start the conversation and how do I maintain a stable conversation? What can I say to calm her down? If an argument starts, what can I say to defend myself?

Aite this is wut happnd i was in drama class and this girl i like but i have never talked to her comes up from behing and hugs me during a performance thing, we never talked before that, she keeps tappin me in classes. She is always lookin at me in classes, and i did a stupid thing yesterday by askin for her number without even talkin to her bfor but she gave it to me and last nite we were chattin on sms for like 5 hours. I am American, but I swear Americans take everything so seriously. (And our "funny" shows aren't even funny...like Seinfeld? uh okay...)

When I'm in England, people understand what I'm talking about and sarcasm is understood by all...however in America, people take offense to so much. You can't even joke about and ridicule yourself and others. I mean, c'mon people, it's okay to mock others and ourselves once in awhile.

so a friend of mine got drunk at a party and some guys came up to her that were giving homemade tattooes and asked if she wanted one and she said sure and so they did.
I did reading up on tattooes casue i plan to get one myself(not homemade tho!!!!!) and on plenty of sites that i went to it said that homemade tattooes were dangerous and not safe.
She said that they went all the way to her bone (just so she could poss feel the needle) there was lots of blood and to ease the pain she drank more.
she said that the guys went to college for it(which there is only like idk, one in the intire u.s.???) and didnt get theyre id certificate for it or something. so do you need a id certifiacte for homemade tattooes? and are they safe? just , please, fill me in on them!!!! its been over 2hrs and she said the pain hasn't gone away.....?? she also mentioned that it looked like a bunch of dots(i know how homemade tats are done(only not waht the look like))

I prefer desktop style over laptop

first of all the keyboard is hell on me large hands, the laptop gets my lap all hot, and the screen is awful

I much prefer desktop especially for long papers and stuff...
