I was waiting at a red light. There's two cars in front of me. The jerk directly in front of me starts slowly backing up. I look around - I don't see anyone trying to cut in front of him or any reason for him to be backing up. Then he collides with my car (at about 1mph)... his rear bumper is resting in my frikking license plate!
The light goes green, and we drive up to the next light. I wanted to change lanes but there were just too many cars. Anyways, at that next light, he does the same frikking BS only this time I left even more space than normal between my car and his.
He was hispanic, if that matters.

So, what the hell do you think this was about? Harassing a single girl? Insurance fraud? Racism?

Some people claim once someone is hooked on drugs, it's an everyday fight for life to stay off them. But I have friends and other other people I've met who have miraculous stories concerning stopping drug use.
1- Dale used it all. He did drugs of evey kid imaginable. One day he suddenly stopped. He became a devout Christian and is n0w a preacher. He stopped drugs in 1982 and hasn't touched any sense.
2- Carl was a heavy pot smoker. He too quit and has not touched marijuana in over 5 years.
3-Twitty was an alcoholic in the military, but when he came out in 1945, he stopped drinking heavily (he drank one beer a year to clean out his kidneys)
These are a few examples. Does anyone else know they can quit and never use drugs or alcohol again?

Our starting guard had a concussion last friday and the trainers just "had to cut his jersey off his pads" to free his head. Now it is BS that he has to pay for his jersey because it has a cut down the middle and may be unrepairable. he is 53 and i am 51 for the numbers. Another kid was talking to him about it and he said "you can take his(my) number it is just two lower than yours. The kid who said this is 54 and now they may be taking my number and jersey from me to give to our guard. I made damn sure i had that number because it was my brother in laws jersey two years ago when he was a senior and they made it to state championship that year. What should i do?

i recently started work as a paralegal at an ethnically diverse law firm. however, the corporate culture (actually its a small private firm managed by one man) is manipulative and selfish. there are no boundries as far as work accountability is concerned. our meetings are basically focused on assigning blame. and the co-workers are also selfish. if we work late hours, they "sneak in"food without asking (even politely) the new person (one other person besides me). secondly my immediate supervisor has an extremely flexible schedule due to her kid and comes and goes as she pleases, and takes days off without any notice or reason. while, i'm expected to pick up on her work and get the blame too. boss has mentioned many times in meetings that i am available to work more hours since i dont have children. 3rd everyone is allowed to give me work. 4th i commute 2 1/2 hrs each day and work 6 days a week. i want to confront my boss but cant afford to lose the money. is this normal?should i stay?
